Thibaud Billiard is an independent film Producer. In 2016 Thibaud produced the first feature film of Yanillys Perez’ JEFFREY, winner of the “Discovery Filmmaker Dropbox award at Toronto International Film Festival 2016. At present, he is preparing Perez first narrative feature film, “Candy Town.”
