Carlos César Arbeláez is a Colombian filmmaker. His feature debut, The Colors of the Mountain (10), won prizes at the Bogotá, Fribourg, Kerala, Los Angeles and San Sebastían Film Festivals, and screened at Miami Film Festival. That Thing Called Love (16) is his latest film.
